⚖️ Rules & Guidelines
1. Parent Entry:
Parents are not allowed inside the school campus, except for those accompanying players below 6 years of age. This ensures discipline and focus for all participants.
2. Time Control:
Each game will follow a 20 minutes + 10 seconds increment per move (FIDE Rapid Format).
3. Tournament Schedule:
Matches will be held from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM on both Day 1 and Day 2. (Any schedule updates will be announced during the event.)
4. Snacks & Refreshments:
Snacks and Juice will be provided to all players during the tournament. Let’s stay energized and focused!
5. Food Policy:
Please note that non-vegetarian food is not allowed inside the school campus.
6. Withdrawal Policy:
If any participant wishes to withdraw from the tournament, kindly inform the organizing team in advance.
7. Code of Conduct:
Players, coaches, and guardians are expected to maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the event.
Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior inside or near the school premises will lead to immediate disqualification from the tournament.

π« ID Cards & Entry
ID Cards will be issued to all players, coaches, parents (for U-6), officials, and arbiters.
Parents are requested to drop their ward at 9:00 AM at the school gate and pick them up by 2:00 PM.
